For those interested in strengthening and utilizing writing skills, Bethel College PACE in San Diego offers two classes in January. Sandie McNeel, M.A., assistant professor Bethel College St. Paul, Minn., will teach the two classes.
“Orientation to Prior Learning” will teach students how to earn credit necessary to re-enter college by writing Documented Prior Learning (DPL) essays, as well as earn them one credit for class participation. The class will cost $50, will run Jan. 12 and 15 from 6 until 10 p.m., and will take place at Bethel College San Diego.
The free “Do It Write Workshop” will work on building writing skills for college and seminary papers, business writing and article composition. It will also run from 6 until 10 p.m. on Jan. 13 and 14. The class on the 13th will be held in North County at a location to be announced, and held at Bethel College San Diego on the 14th.
