    Conference slated for pastors’ wives

The role of the wife of a pastor is unique, so a unique conference to encourage and equip the pastor’s wife is being sponsored by Called Together Ministry, a national clergy care ministry, on July 25-27 at the Embassy Suites in Los Angeles.

The conference features Linda Riley, founder of Called Together Ministry and regular columnist for Leadership Journal and regular contributor to Focus on the Family’s Pastor’s Family magazine; Lorna Dobson, author of I’m More Than a Pastor’s Wife; and Pam Farrel, Good News, Etc. columnist and author of Woman of Influence: Ten Traits of Those Who Want to Make a Difference.

All the speakers are seasoned ministry wives and serve in congregations ranging from the small inner city church to a suburban church to a mega church. Any wife of a clergyman, pastor, seminary student, staff worker of a church or para-church is welcome. Conference options vary from three day to one day packages.
